mb8mys Terms and Conditions of Use

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mb8mys" or "Platform" refers to the mb8mys website and all online betting services offered through it.
• "Player" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at mb8mys.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a Player to access mb8mys services.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of money in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

mb8mys offers its services to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. It is the Player's full responsibility to ensure they are eligible to use this platform before registering.

Registration eligibility requirements include the following:

• Players must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Players are only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the use of online betting services does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in their area of residence.

• The email address used for registration must belong to the Player and be active for official communications.

Each Player is fully responsible for the security and use of their account. This responsibility covers the following:

• Ensuring that profile information is kept up to date, particularly the registered mobile number and payment method.

mb8mys provides a facility for Players to set daily deposit or betting limits for personal financial management. Players are encouraged to make use of these features through their account profile page.

All financial transactions at mb8mys are processed through designated payment methods. The following are the terms and conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
• mb8mys does not charge any processing fees for deposits made through these methods. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account name used for deposits matches the registered name at mb8mys.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the date the application is received.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
• mb8mys reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any large or unusual withdrawal request.

mb8mys offers various types of bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each respective promotion.

Welcome Bonus:

mb8mys offers a 100% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM500. Below are examples of how the calculation works:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Total balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Total balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500

This means the total bonus received must be wagered 15 times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• Only one active bonus is allowed at any given time. Players may not combine multiple bonus offers simultaneously unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for wagering purposes only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• mb8mys reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of promotion abuse, including hedging bets or the use of multiple accounts.
• All promotions have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), or through a live dealer for live casino games. Results are final and cannot be disputed on purely technical grounds.
• Winnings resulting from technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or abnormal conditions identified by mb8mys are void and may be cancelled.
• mb8mys reserves the right to suspend any game for technical maintenance purposes or if a situation requires review by management.
• Confirmed bets are final. Players cannot cancel a bet once a game round has started.
• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the betting system — including the use of bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods — is strictly prohibited.

As a user of the mb8mys platform, Players agree to comply with the following responsibilities throughout the period of service use:

• Not to use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activities.
• Not to impersonate another individual or use another person's personal information without authorisation for registration or payment purposes.
• Not to distribute defamatory, threatening, harassing, or third-party rights-infringing content through any communication channel provided by mb8mys.
• Not to carry out any action intended to compromise the security of the system, infrastructure, or other Players' data on the mb8mys platform.
• To comply with all instructions given by the mb8mys customer support team during the verification or investigation process.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mb8mys will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses suffered by Players as a result of betting activities, regardless of the circumstances or game outcome.
• Service disruptions caused by technical failures beyond mb8mys's control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Inaccurate information provided by Players during the registration or financial transaction process.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays or failures in processing transactions caused by third parties such as banks, e-wallet providers, or crypto networks.

mb8mys does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions or errors. However, we continuously work to ensure consistent service availability.

mb8mys reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, on the following grounds:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
• The Player is found to be below the required age limit or has provided false identity information.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.
• The Player has been inactive for a specified period with no transactions.

If an account is terminated for legitimate reasons and there is no element of fraud, any cash balance in the account (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player once the review process is complete.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the mb8mys customer support team.

mb8mys strives to resolve every complaint or dispute in a fair and transparent manner. The following procedure should be followed when any dispute arises:

• Players should contact the mb8mys customer support team via live chat or email to raise a complaint formally.
• All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be processed.

• Decisions made by mb8mys upon completion of an investigation are final for matters relating to platform operations.

mb8mys operates under international licensing, and any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.

mb8mys reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from Players. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the mb8mys platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
